We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. The delivery time depends on the shipping option selected and your location.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days).
Note: Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be notified of the exact shipping costs before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $X (specific dollar value depending on your business model).
For orders under $X, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
3. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to [list of countries or regions]. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

Cancellation Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from MartsMark. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Order Cancellation Timeline
You can cancel your order for full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order hasn’t already been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@matsmark.com with your order number and cancellation request.
If your order is still being processed and has not shipped yet, we will issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, you may still return the item following our Return Policy (see below).
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the cancellation request is approved and the item has been returned (if applicable).
