Start washing with soap and water allowing to boil for about 5 minutes. Then wash well. It seems to be a really good pan. Has a good weight to it. I washed it with vinegar and seasoned it. The instruction booklet doesn’t say anything about dishwasher safe though, so I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to put it in the machine, or just continue to wash it by hand?
